Lo Sorico Carnevale di Ivrea è il più antico carnevale d’Italia, dal medioevo è stato tramandato fino ai giorni nostri. L’evento si è svolto, quest’anno, tra il 6 gennaio ed il 26 Febbraio e tutte le giornate sono state caratterizzate da approcci ingegneristici di diversa complessità: le giornate dal 6 Gennaio al 16 Febbraio presentano una presenza di pubblico limitato, non superiore alle 1500 persone, quindi sono state considerate di basso rischio; le altre giornate, dove affluenza di pubblico è invece elevata, l’approccio è stato più serrato e sono state seguite le norme della Circolare del Ministero del 18.07.2018.
Per la gestione di questo evento la Città di Ivrea è stata suddivisa in quattro macroaree, Centro Storico, Borghetto, Corteo Storico e Rondolino, e sono state eseguite analisi di vulnerabilità e verifiche d’esodo tramite simulazione, a garantire l’efficacia del progetto Safety&Security. È stato previsto che l’area Centro Storico potesse contenere un numero massimo di 15.000 persone e l’area Borghetto 4.800.
I varchi d’accesso sono stati tali da favorire un senso unico di tipo pedonale con le persone contate in ingresso ed uscita. Grazie ad un server centrale è stato possibile capire il numero di persone presenti dentro l’area, anche grazie all'ausilio di telecamere a servizio della polizia e della control room del Safety Manager, Ingegnere Giuseppe Amaro, riuscendo a valutare, in tempo reale, il numero di persone in ogni area e quindi garantire la massima sicurezza.

Carnival of Ivrea is the oldest Carnival of Italy, which from the Middle Ages has been handed down to our days. This event takes place between 6th January and 26th February and all days are characterized by engineering approaches of different complexity. The days from 6th January to 16th February have a limited presence of public, no more than 1500 people, therefore considered low risk.
The approach changes during the other days where there is high public turnout, and the rules of the Ministry Circular of 18/07/2018 are followed. The management of this event carried out a vulnerability analys and exodus checks through a simulation, ensuring the efficiency of the project.
City of Ivrea has been divided into 4 macro areas: Historical Center Area, Borghetto Area, Historical Parade Area and Rondolino Area.
The Historical Center Area can contain a maximum number of 15000 people and Borghetto Area a maximum number of 4800. The Gates will be one way access, and will be pedestrian gates, people will be counted in and out with a central server the Event management will be able to understand the number of people into the area thanks to the camers that will send images to the police and the control room of the Safety manager (Giuseppe Amaro) managing to evaluate in real time the number of people in each area and ensure better security.

La fase finale si è disputata nel mese di ottobre 2021 tra le quattro squadre vincitrici della Lega A. Le quattro squadre vincitrici dei gruppi sono state sorteggiate in un gruppo composto da cinque squadre per le qualificazioni UEFA al campionato mondiale di calcio 2022, in modo da non sovrapporre gli incontri durante la fase finale.

Ha assunto il ruolo di Responsabile Healt&Safety per tutti gli aspetti legati sia alla fase di allestimento / disallestimento che sugli aspetti progettuali che bisognava concordare anche con la proprietà della Venue (Juventus FC)

·Coordinamento della sicurezza degli allestimenti secondo l’art.26 o il Titolo IV del D.Lgs 81/2008 a seconda della complessità degli allestimenti in programma
·Elaborazione del Documento Unico per la Valutazione dei Rischi da Interferenze (DUVRI) e/o Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento (PSC) a seconda della complessità degli allestimenti
·Validazione dei requisiti tecnico professionali dei fornitori
·Verifica dei DVR e dei POS delle ditte che operano presso la Venue
·Approvazione Tecnica dei progetti di allestimento temporanei in accordo con Juventus FC
The final tournament was played in October 2021 between the four winners of League A.
