Storico Carnevale di Ivrea
Lo Sorico Carnevale di Ivrea è il più antico carnevale d’Italia, dal medioevo è stato tramandato fino ai giorni nostri. L’evento si è svolto, quest’anno, tra il 6 gennaio ed il 26 Febbraio e tutte le giornate sono state caratterizzate da approcci ingegneristici di diversa complessità: le giornate dal 6 Gennaio al 16 Febbraio presentano una presenza di pubblico limitato, non superiore alle 1500 persone, quindi sono state considerate di basso rischio; le altre giornate, dove affluenza di pubblico è invece elevata, l’approccio è stato più serrato e sono state seguite le norme della Circolare del Ministero del 18.07.2018.
Per la gestione di questo evento la Città di Ivrea è stata suddivisa in quattro macroaree, Centro Storico, Borghetto, Corteo Storico e Rondolino, e sono state eseguite analisi di vulnerabilità e verifiche d’esodo tramite simulazione, a garantire l’efficacia del progetto Safety&Security. È stato previsto che l’area Centro Storico potesse contenere un numero massimo di 15.000 persone e l’area Borghetto 4.800.
I varchi d’accesso sono stati tali da favorire un senso unico di tipo pedonale con le persone contate in ingresso ed uscita. Grazie ad un server centrale è stato possibile capire il numero di persone presenti dentro l’area, anche grazie all'ausilio di telecamere a servizio della polizia e della control room del Safety Manager, Ingegnere Giuseppe Amaro, riuscendo a valutare, in tempo reale, il numero di persone in ogni area e quindi garantire la massima sicurezza.

This event takes place between 6th January and 26th February and all days are characterized by engineering approaches of different complexity. The days from 6th January to 16th February have a limited presence of public, no more than 1500 people, therefore considered low risk.
The approach changes during the other days where there is high public turnout, and the rules of the Ministry Circular of 18/07/2018 are followed. The management of this event carried out a vulnerability analys and exodus checks through a simulation, ensuring the efficiency of the project.
City of Ivrea has been divided into 4 macro areas: Historical Center Area, Borghetto Area, Historical Parade Area and Rondolino Area.
The Historical Center Area can contain a maximum number of 15000 people and Borghetto Area a maximum number of 4800. The Gates will be one way access, and will be pedestrian gates, people will be counted in and out with a central server the Event management will be able to understand the number of people into the area thanks to the camers that will send images to the police and the control room of the Safety manager (Giuseppe Amaro) managing to evaluate in real time the number of people in each area and ensure better security.

Il Super G, a Courmayeur presso Plan Checrouit, è un locale su quattro piani che ospita un’area ristorante, delle camere per il pernottamento, bar e delle terrazze esterne con tavoli e sedute per la ristorazione.
La Strategia GAe
Il progetto analizza la particolare configurazione che il locale assume nei giorni dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio 2020, durante l’intrattenimento musicale Après Ski con DJ Set, realizzato nelle sole terrazze esterne.
GAe si è occupata di progettare dei sistemi che garantiscano l’incolumità e la sicurezza del pubblico, applicando strategie appositamente studiate per l’occasione.
GAe ha conseguito il parere della Commissione Comunale di Vigilanza per la manifestazione di pubblico spettacolo.

The Super G, in Courmayeur near Plan Checrouit, is a place of four floors that houses a restaurant area, rooms for overnight stay, bar and outdoor terraces with tables and seats for catering.
The Gae Strategy The project analyzes the particular configuration that the room assumes in the days from 30 December to 2 January 2020, during the musical entertainment Après Ski with DJ Set, made in the sun terraces outside.
GAe has been involved in designing systems that guarantee the safety and safety of the public, applying strategies specifically designed for the occasion.
