Lo Sorico Carnevale di Ivrea è il più antico carnevale d’Italia, dal medioevo è stato tramandato fino ai giorni nostri. L’evento si è svolto, quest’anno, tra il 6 gennaio ed il 26 Febbraio e tutte le giornate sono state caratterizzate da approcci ingegneristici di diversa complessità: le giornate dal 6 Gennaio al 16 Febbraio presentano una presenza di pubblico limitato, non superiore alle 1500 persone, quindi sono state considerate di basso rischio; le altre giornate, dove affluenza di pubblico è invece elevata, l’approccio è stato più serrato e sono state seguite le norme della Circolare del Ministero del 18.07.2018.
Per la gestione di questo evento la Città di Ivrea è stata suddivisa in quattro macroaree, Centro Storico, Borghetto, Corteo Storico e Rondolino, e sono state eseguite analisi di vulnerabilità e verifiche d’esodo tramite simulazione, a garantire l’efficacia del progetto Safety&Security. È stato previsto che l’area Centro Storico potesse contenere un numero massimo di 15.000 persone e l’area Borghetto 4.800.
I varchi d’accesso sono stati tali da favorire un senso unico di tipo pedonale con le persone contate in ingresso ed uscita. Grazie ad un server centrale è stato possibile capire il numero di persone presenti dentro l’area, anche grazie all'ausilio di telecamere a servizio della polizia e della control room del Safety Manager, Ingegnere Giuseppe Amaro, riuscendo a valutare, in tempo reale, il numero di persone in ogni area e quindi garantire la massima sicurezza.

Carnival of Ivrea is the oldest Carnival of Italy, which from the Middle Ages has been handed down to our days. This event takes place between 6th January and 26th February and all days are characterized by engineering approaches of different complexity. The days from 6th January to 16th February have a limited presence of public, no more than 1500 people, therefore considered low risk.
The approach changes during the other days where there is high public turnout, and the rules of the Ministry Circular of 18/07/2018 are followed. The management of this event carried out a vulnerability analys and exodus checks through a simulation, ensuring the efficiency of the project.
City of Ivrea has been divided into 4 macro areas: Historical Center Area, Borghetto Area, Historical Parade Area and Rondolino Area.
The Historical Center Area can contain a maximum number of 15000 people and Borghetto Area a maximum number of 4800. The Gates will be one way access, and will be pedestrian gates, people will be counted in and out with a central server the Event management will be able to understand the number of people into the area thanks to the camers that will send images to the police and the control room of the Safety manager (Giuseppe Amaro) managing to evaluate in real time the number of people in each area and ensure better security.

Le Nitto ATP Finals sono il gran finale della stagione del tennis maschile, con gli otto migliori singolaristi e le otto migliori coppie di doppio che si battono per l'ultimo titolo della stagione. Torneo dopo torneo, i giocatori accumulano punti nella ATP Race To Turin con l'obiettivo di conquistare uno degli otto posti a disposizione. Il torneo si disputa con il formato del round-robin, ogni partecipante gioca tre incontri che determinano la classifica del girone e la qualificazione per la semifinale. Il campione che conquista il titolo senza aver perso nemmeno un incontro guadagna 1500 punti. Le Nitto ATP Finals si giocheranno a Torino dal 2021 al 2025. Torino è la quindicesima città ad ospitare il prestigioso evento di fine stagione, che ha celebrato il suo 50mo anniversario nel 2020.

GAe segue tutti i servizi di Healt&Safety relativamente sia alla fase di allestimento/disallestimento che operativo durante la fase di evento assumendo il Ruolo di Responsabile della Sicurezza della Manifestazione nonché Coordinatore dell’Emergenza. Ha predisposto la Documentazione tecnica per l’ottenimento della Licenza di Pubblico e due deroghe relative alla separazione di settore e l’altezza dei parapetti.

The Nitto ATP Finals is the grand finale of the men's tennis season, with the top eight singles players and eight top doubles pairs battling it out for the final title of the season. Tournament after tournament, players accumulate points in the ATP Race To Turin with the aim of conquering one of the eight places available. The tournament takes place in a round-robin format, each participant plays three matches which determine the classification of the group and the qualification for the semi-final. The champion who wins the title without losing a single match earns 1500 points. The Nitto ATP Finals will be played in Turin from 2021 to 2025. Turin is the 15th city to host the prestigious end-of-season event, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020. The GAe Strategy GAe follows all the Health&Safety services relating to both the set-up/dismantling phase and the operational phase during the event phase, assuming the role of Event Safety Manager as well as Emergency Coordinator. It has prepared the Technical Documentation for obtaining the Public License and two exemptions relating to the separation of the sector and the height of the parapets.
